• Do show up, or at least RSVP
• Arrive and depart on time
• Don't bring an extra guest
• Wear applicable clothing
• Greet hosts, colleagues, and party planners
• Avoid speaking about work
• Don't discuss office gossip and don't become office gossip
• Don't hide in the corner
• Don't binge at the buffet
• Say thank you and be appreciative
• Show up to work the next day
