Which category do you fit into?
We all know the typical "alpha male," but did you know there are six different types of men?
A personality quiz called the Male Hierarchy Test, developed by experts from IDRlabs, breaks it down into Alpha, Bravo, Delta, Gamma, Omega, and Sigma males.
"The typology of male social hierarchies has become part of internet culture and is a categorisation system that sorts heterosexual men into archetypes," IDRlabs explained.

"The system has variously been called a piece of modern mythology, pseudoscience, and a great heuristic for navigating social relationships."
Here are the six categories all men fit into:
Alpha Male – The Leader
These guys are born to lead. They're confident, driven, and usually dominate both the boardroom and the dating scene.
But being at the top comes with pressure – everyone looks to them for direction, and they don’t take challenges lightly.
Famous characters: Captain America, Tommy Shelby, Maximus.
Bravo Male – The Right-Hand Man
Bravos aren't in the spotlight, but they're just as powerful in their own way. Loyal, charming, and strategic, they make the alpha shine.
They get all the perks of high status, minus the constant power struggle.
Famous characters: Ron Weasley, Samwise Gamgee.
Delta Male – The Hard Worker
Deltas are the everyday heroes. They keep things moving, don't care much for status, and focus on getting things done.
But their straightforward nature sometimes makes them targets for users or manipulators.
Famous characters: Marty McFly, Frodo Baggins.

Gamma Male – The Intellectual
Gammas rely on brains over bravado, but their frustration with the "system" can hold them back. They see themselves as underdogs destined for greatness.
Famous characters: Tony Stark, Han Solo, Jack Sparrow.
Omega Male – The Outsider
Often introverted and awkward, omegas are the loners of the male hierarchy. They might be kind-hearted, but they struggle with confidence and connection.
Famous characters: Peter Parker, Walter Mitty.
Sigma Male – The Lone Wolf
Sigmas play by their own rules. They challenge societal norms, do their own thing, and often become cult favourites because of it.
They're mysterious, self-sufficient – and yes, women love that.
Famous characters: James Bond, Bruce Wayne, John Wick.
