Emotional video shows local nurse singing to patients

A video showing a nurse singing to patients at a local hospital has left South Africans feeling all the emotions.

A recent video shared on Facebook had thousands of social media users in their feels.
The video, which was posted on Facebook, shows a nurse singing to patients, reportedly at George Hospital in what appears to be a paediatric ward.

To make the moment even more special, the person filming the healthcare worker can be heard singing along, creating a goosebump-inducing moment in the hospital ward.
Walking around with her medical trolley, the nurse used her stunning voice to lift the spirits of the patients.
"In the name of Jesus. There is power in the name of Jesus," the woman can be heard singing.
The song they are singing together is 'Break Every Chain' by Tasha Cobbs Leonard.
She ends the emotional moment with a heartfelt prayer, speaking love and blessings over all the patients and their parents.

But it wasn't only the patients who felt uplifted.
Thousands of South Africans reacted to the video, praising the woman and the rest of the nursing staff.

"This is what makes SA beautiful," said one user.
"God bless you, she really cares for her sick," said another.
Another added: "My daughter was in this ward - service is the best."
