Sales of homes at this scale are increasingly rare in Hermanus, but the demand for luxury coastal sectors like Voëlklip and Kwaaiwater has surged.
According to Cape Town ETC, Transactions over R5 million have more than doubled, and properties exceeding R20 million - even R40 million- are becoming increasingly common.
If this estate sells at the asking price, it may become one of the highest-value property deals ever recorded on the Whale Coast. The current highest-valued sale on record was in Greyton and sold for just over R200 million.
