According to dietitians, this is the healthiest habit to adopt before 09:00, and it's super easy.

Health blogs, inspirational videos, self-help books, and motivational speakers all agree: mornings are a crucial part of setting the tone for good health, success, and mental clarity throughout the day.
Unfortunately, for many, time constraints and the pressure of "starting your day well" can feel overwhelming and lead to unhealthy morning habits.
There is some good news, however.

EatingWell asked six dietitians about the healthiest habit people can do before 09:00, and the answer was quite simple: drink water.
"Starting your day with a glass of water is a small but powerful habit. It helps rehydrate you, kick-starts your metabolism, supports digestion, and can even improve energy and focus. This simple step sets a healthy tone for the rest of the day and helps you feel more alert and refreshed before things get busy," says Sarah Nash.
These dietitians also explain the health benefits of hydrating in the morning:
You'll counter nighttime dehydration
Your body loses water during sleep through breathing and sweating. Drinking water in the morning helps replenish those fluids and prevents you from starting the day dehydrated.
You may be more alert
Hydration supports brain function and mental clarity. Drinking water right after waking may help you feel more awake and focused.
You may notice digestive benefits
Water aids in softening stool and supports smooth digestion. Starting your day with water can help relieve constipation and promote gut health.

You may have a lower risk of kidney stones
Proper hydration supports kidney function by helping flush waste. Drinking enough water in the morning reduces the chance of crystals forming into kidney stones.
You may have lower blood pressure
Morning hydration may help lower blood pressure by flushing out excess sodium and improving blood flow. Studies have shown that consistent water intake, especially in the morning and evening, can contribute to this effect.
