Heated cigarette ban debate between listeners

The government has made an unexpected u-turn on the sale of cigarettes, saying the sale of tobacco products will remain illegal during level 4 of the lockdown.

Last week, President Cyril Ramaphosa indicated that the contentious ban on the sale of cigarettes would be lifted on Friday.
But that is no longer the case.

As lockdown level 4 starts on 1 May, many South Africans are hot under the collar.
Martin Bester took the conversation to the air - and things got rather heated.
