Just weeks after reuniting with his fellow Black Sabbath band members for a farewell concert, the iconic singer Ozzy Osbourne passed away at the age of 76.

According to Sky News, the heavy metal star was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, but also suffered from other health issues.

Osbourne also had many complications following injuries sustained from a fall in 2019.

No official cause of death has yet been shared.

His death comes just three weeks after he reunited with his iconic band Black Sabbath for the first time since 2005.

The Back to the Beginning all-star farewell concert was defined as the "final bow" for the 76-year-old singer-turned-reality TV star.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
