The list reveals players face being fined £20,000 (R385,000) for being late for the start of training.
Other fines include £500 (R9,000 per minute) if late for team meetings and £5,000 (R90,000) for not turning up to corporate/community affairs.
The fines are also doubled if the players fail to pay the original fine within 14 days.
