Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
Barbara entered with the hope to get the surgery she has been praying for - and we made a plan.

A few months ago, Breakfast with Martin decided to give someone the surgery of a lifetime.
Martin Bester gave listeners the opportunity to enter and they could have entered for any type of surgery or reconstructive procedure.
Barbara was one of the finalist an she was in desperate need for a breast reduction.
She was severely bullied in school for being different. From a young age, she was not happy with how she looked like.
Barbara received the second most votes, and the team agreed to help her with the breast reduction she needed.
On Thursday, Barbara visited Breakfast with Martin Bester to talk about her life after the reduction.
"The surgery was not painful - and I can now eventually see my feet! I feel light and I am feeling so good. "
"Next week the stitches will be removed but I can't start shopping now," she laughed.
