South Africa's wealth gap remains evident, as highlighted by the country's most expensive neighbourhoods.
According to BusinessTech, just 10% of the population controls 85% of the nation's total wealth.

While many South Africans struggle to make ends meet and affordable housing remains out of reach, luxury housing and high-end neighbourhoods continue to thrive among the wealthy.
Here is a breakdown of the most expensive neighbourhoods in each South African province:
Western Cape – Clifton, Cape Town (Average property price: R43.9 million):
With ocean views and villas that cost more than some private islands, Clifton is the crown jewel of South African real estate.
Gauteng – Sandhurst, Sandton (Average property price: R19 million):

KwaZulu-Natal – Zimbali, Ballito (Average property price: R6.5 million):
