Rachel Kolisi shared a candid video on social media revealing that she had an anxiety attack.
South Africa and the world were saddened by the news that Siya and Rachel Kolisi had decided to call it quits.
The pair announced their divorce in October 2024 after nine years of marriage.
In a recent candid clip, Rachel shared her feelings about seeing her kids flying to their dad, Siya, alone for the first time to visit him.

"In the process of getting divorced," she wrote on social media.
"And today was the first time my kids flew to see their dad without me. It was hard."
The TikTok video included clips of her helping her kids pack for the trip and even doing her daughter's hair.
But things took a sad turn when the mother of two revealed that she had her second-ever anxiety attack ahead of taking her children to the airport.

The video also shows her finally dropping her kids at the airport.
She ended the clip visibly breaking down, holding her head in her hands and crying.

Rachel did, however, leave fans with some positivity, saying that although she had a hard day "for numerous reasons," she will "try again tomorrow".
During the video, she also revealed that she had asked her grandmother to go on a trip with her while her children were away.
