A woman has gone viral for the awkward moment she recently experienced.
The woman from Oak Furnitureland left a voicemail message for a customer, asking him to contact the store to discuss the delivery of his new sofa.

However, after she thought she had hung up, she can be heard singing along to 'Shape Of You' by Ed Sheeran. She really had no idea the call was still connected!
