According to Glamour, the songs 'For Good' and 'No Good Deed' both make emotional appearances in the new trailer, giving fans their first listen of what’s to come.

'Wicked Part 2' will be released in cinemas on Friday, November 21, 2025, and the press tour is expected to begin soon.

Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo return, reprising their roles as Glinda and Elphaba.

Also returning are Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Ethan Slater, Marissa Bode, Peter Dinklage (voicing Doctor Dillamond), Bowen Yang, and Bronwyn James.

The second movie covers the dramatic events of Act Two from the original Broadway musical.

Elphaba is now feared across Oz as the Wicked Witch of the West, while Glinda has officially become "Glinda the Good."

Meanwhile, Elphaba’s sister Nessarose is ruling Munchkinland as the Wicked Witch of the East, and things are about to take a dark turn.

When Dorothy’s house crushes Nessarose upon her arrival in Oz, Elphaba gives up her mission to do good. That is when she fully embraces the label of "wicked."

There is also a major surprise for fans of the stage production: the film will feature a wedding between Glinda and Fiyero, a storyline that was not included in the original show.

According to Glamour, a new press release revealed: "As an angry mob rises against the Wicked Witch, Glinda and Elphaba will need to come together one final time. With their singular friendship now the fulcrum of their futures, they will need to truly see each other, with honesty and empathy, if they are to change themselves, and all of Oz, for good."
