What you don't often see in foodie videos is a car crash.

YouTube food influencers NinaUnrated and Patrick Blackwood were enjoying a meal at Cuvee's Culinary Creations, a restaurant in Houston, Texas.
They were mid-bite when an SUV crashed through right next to them, sending glass and food flying everywhere.

Given that they are content creators, the pair were busy recording themselves and managed to catch the incident on video.

Although it might seem staged or fake, this was 100% real.

According to various sources, the owner confirmed that it was real and that he had been standing nearby when it happened.
He also shared that the couple were transported to the hospital, and the driver walked away unscathed.

However, she will be held accountable for the damages she has caused.
The reason for the crash? Local authorities ruled that it was simply a freak accident as the driver didn't know what went wrong and she wasn't impaired.
