Cambridge dictionary defines manifestation as "the act of using methods such as visualization (= picturing something in your mind) and affirmation (= repeating positive phrases) to help you imagine achieving something you want, in the belief that doing so will make it more likely to happen."
Just to be clear, this is not a science and the only confirmation of this type of technique working is anecdotal.
Creators on various social media platforms have been sharing more about this practice, which has become part of self-care rituals.

Many recommend writing down the affirmations or things you want to manifest in journals, or saying them out loud "into the universe".
While many are still sceptical about this practice, believers have shared a new manifestation tip.
According to TikTok users, it's called the 'Password Manifestation Hack'; others refer to it as 'The Password Technique'.
