The singer has experienced her fair share of hiccups on her latest tour.
Colombian star Shakira is currently on her first worldwide tour in seven years, which launched just days after her new album 'Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran' won the Grammy Award for 'Best Latin Pop Album'.

Shakira, one of the most popular Latin artists of all time, is set to perform nearly 50 dates in Latin America, followed by more in the United States and Canada.
The singer-songwriter kicked off her tour in Rio de Janeiro, but had to cancel her concert in Lima, Peru's capital, after being hospitalised with abdominal pain.

That has not been her only setback during this tour.
In March, she also had to postpone another concert in the Chilean capital, Santiago, due to "technical problems," the event's producers announced.
Now, it seems like the rest of her tour has continued without incident.

That was until her concert in Canada in May.
Shakira started to perform her 2001 hit song 'Whenever, Wherever' when she lost her balance and hit the ground, but managed to shift the fall into a pose.
With thousands in attendance, it's no surprise that the unfortunate moment was captured and has gone viral on social media.

Shakira, being the icon she is, didn't seem too embarrassed and flawlessly continued as if nothing happened.
