Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
Charlene and Jan Kotzé have suffered the worst loss a parent
ever could.

Charlene and Jan took out comprehensive medical aid, but CJ’s condition was excluded for a penalty period, as it was deemed a pre-consisting condition.

It was established that CJ was suffering from a genetic disorder, LQTS syndrome, a condition he was born with.
There’s been an out pour of assistance from listeners to help these parents pick up the pieces.
Sue Smit, the Ladies Golf-president of the Centurion Country Club ladies club were the first to donate and our incredible Jacaranda FM listeners followed suit!
