Updated | By Danny Painter

In a video posted on Ted Talks Facebook page, Reshma Saujani - the founder and CEO of Girls Who Code, speaks about how we are raising our daughters and it really hits home.

Watch this:
Let's raise daughters that become women who are not afraid to fail, not afraid to fall and not afraid to take that risk! Because, at the end of the day, the bigger the risk - the bigger the reward!
