Well, Lindi Cecile did and it's paid off! 


The 25-year-old Pretoria-born actress and producer has been making waves in Hollywood. Currently worked on  short films, directing, and more, Lindi is already one of the most sought-after SA actors in Hollywood right now. And we couldn't be prouder!

With short films, series, theatre and more under her belt, this South African is definitely going places, 'America ain't seen nothin' yet'!

She took some time to get onto a Zoom called chat about her projects, her directorial debut and what the future holds for her in Hollywood!

While the universe is showing us her chaos, I'd like to share something inspired by my own chaos. This is my baby. "You Up?" is a dark comedy about insomnia. I play both characters. Nina is a nurse who tries to sleep at night, but she is tormented by Sonja - the monster who lives under her bed.
