You need to forgive and let go of anger. Here's how!

In order to move forward and grow as a human, you need to let go of the hurt of your past.

But, when your past has been very hurtful, it's not as easy as it may seem.
Even small hurts can hold us back from our best lives. You've heard the saying "I forgive but I never forget". We allow ourselves to hold on to so much pain from the past, we make it almost impossible to grow into the future.
Russell Brand chatted to the Millennial monk - Jay Shetty - recently and Jay asked him how he got to the point of no longer holding his parents or people accountable for his past hurts.

I think one of the most important things you will ever read is in the caption of this Instagram video - "Don't let the pain of your past become the chronic pain of your future." As hard as it may be, we have to let go and forgive.
