Zinah talks to Danny Painter about her mental health struggles
Updated | By Poelano Malema
The singer, songwriter, actress, and model joined Danny Painter to chat about her latest offering, the ‘Rose Garden’ EP, and how she took a 21-day social media detox in order to get her mental health in check.

From the age of seven, Zinah knew that music is what she is called for.
Her single, 'Winner', has topped the Jacaranda SA Top 20 charts and her other singles such as 'Good' and 'Feeling Fine' have also been doing well.
Earlier this year, she released her first EP, 'Rose Garden'.
"Rose Garden is the very piece of me, the essence of my beauty, my struggles, my victories. I am the product of my pain and I am my hope for my future," she wrote on Instagram.
