Recipe of the day: Spinach goodness

Our hero for this recipe is spinach.

Spinach is one of the most nutritionally dense vegetables out there. It’s low on calories, but high in fibre, folate, calcium, and vitamins A, C, and K.
Spinach is extremely healthy and linked to numerous health benefits. It has been shown to improve oxidative stress, eye health, and blood pressure.

Spinach contains two components, MGDG and SQDG, which may slow down cancer growth.
So, load up on more greens to reduce the risk of hair loss, reduce stress and ward off infections.
Recipe:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yoghurt
Blend and enjoy.
