Shed those kilo's with Rozanne McKenzie workout tips

As the holiday's come to an end you might find that you have gained a few unwanted kilos. No worries Rozanne McKenzie is to the rescue with a kilo killing workout.
This can be quite a tough workout, but the cool thing is you can do it at your own pace. If you follow me on social media you will know that I do a lot more then this but this will definitely get you started on your fitness goals.
I may not be a personal trainer, but this workout definitely works for me. I would suggest that you always consult a doctor or other medical professional before attempting a new exercise regime.
So why not try mine out and let me know if it works for you.
Start off by warming up, do a 5 minute walk on the treadmill
Now let the fun begin.
Plank- hold for 30 seconds (add time as you get stronger)

Side Plank left- as above
Side Plank right

Squats- 25 reps (add a jump as you get stronger)
Lunges- 20 reps per side ( add a jump as you get stronger)
Upright Row with dumbbells- 20 reps

Tricep dips- 15 reps

Punches- 30 reps

Russian twists- 15 reps per side

Cool down- 5 minute walk on treadmill
Try to do 3 sets.
