Can Rian convince your child to eat vegetables?
Updated | By The Scenic Drive with Rian
Rian might have a solution for parents who have run out of ways to trick their children into eating healthy food.
Children notoriously hate eating anything green and healthy. If it is not dipped in sugar or fried in oil, where is the fun in eating it?
Unfortunately, fruits and vegetables cannot be completely eliminated from your child's diet - which is why parents have to be extra creative.
The war between children and parents wages on each night around the dinner table and children feel so strongly about the issue that they can even write poems about it.
He makes a pretty convincing case, but Rian is ready with a counter argument: his mother's cabbage bake recipe.
Method for cabbage bake
Cut cabbage into strips
Cook until the fork goes through
Drain cabbage and put in oven dish
Dough:
Boil 3 cups of milk on the stove
Add salt, pepper, and butter
Mix 1 cup of flour with a little water and add to milk mixture
Spread the mixture on top of the cooked cabbage and bake until golden brown.
He is convinced that this recipe will change your child's view on vegetables but, of course, we need a real child to put the finished dish to the test.
