Close escape for workers after car crashes into butchery

Video footage of a car crashing into a Durban butchery is being widely shared on social media.

The crash happened on Wednesday on Joe Slovo (Field) Street in Durban. The footage shows a car suddenly crashing into Tekweni Meats, where it destroyed the counter and cash point.
An employee of Tekweni Meats was rushed to hospital after the car crash and there was excessive damage to the interior of the shop front.
