Couple's 16-year-old dog 'hijacked'
An elderly couple is heartbroken after two men hijacked their Opel Astra and drove off with their beloved dog, Blikkies, still in the backseat.
On Tuesday, an elderly couple's car was hijacked with their dog in the car.
According to Rekord, the couple reportedly parked their car outside Die Wilgers hiking trail when two men demanded the woman (86) to get out of the vehicle while she was waiting in the vehicle with their Maltese named Blikkies.

Her husband (88) went for a walk with their cocker spaniel - and was not present at the time of the hijacking.
The family pleaded to the public to be on the look-out for a white Opel Astra with the number plate registration MGC 335 GP.
