In the world of culinary trends, phrases like 'raw food' and 'clean eating' have become buzzwords.
Each week someone comes up with a new, better way of cooking food so that you get the most out of it. The latest method is 'mouth cooking', and it is exactly what it sounds like.
Food enthusiast and filmmaker Nathan Cedda and his partner in crime Riva Godfrey have made several videos demonstrating the trend using popular recipes.

The steak tartare recipe is perhaps the least disturbing of the lot:

Nathan says that the videos are very serious, and are made with the aim of "creating a type of cooking that makes people think a bit more".
Nathan wants people to push boundaries, and think "outside the spoon or the plate".
But outside of a spoon, a plate, a knife or a chopping board, are you really cooking or are you just playing games?
