The NICD's Dr Juno Thomas worked tirelessly for months to track down the source of the Listeriosis bacteria.

The National Institute for Communicable Diseases has had an intense year working to track down the source of the Listeriosis outbreak.
Dr Juno Thomas, Head of the Centre for Enteric Diseases at the NICD, was an integral part of the team that tracked the source to an Enterprise factory in Limpopo.
