WARNING: Baboon spotted in Johannesburg suburb
Updated | By Scenic Drive With Rian
There's a baboon in the burbs.

A baboon has been spotted in Meyer Street, close to Main Road in Sophiatown, Johannesburg.
On Tuesday, Douw Steyn of the Sophiatown Neighborhood Watch warned residents of a baboon on the loose.
According to Steyn, they were unable to pinpoint the exact location of the baboon during the day, but received more reports of sightings on Wednesday.
He contacted CLAW (Community Led Animal Welfare) to request assistance in capturing the baboon.
Residents are asked to immediately report sightings of the baboon and not to provoke or feed it.
