According to journalist Julian Jansen, the incident happened in Belhar, Cape Town.
In the video, the courier was about to deliver goods when a small white Toyota vehicle stopped and started to loot the vehicle.

They took a few boxes from the back of the courier vehicle and drove off.
The incident took place after 11:00 in the morning, according to the CCTV footage.
