A young woman recently managed to get a job and her reaction to getting hired was priceless - and has melted the hearts of millions around the world.
In the viral video, the woman can be seen walking - suddenly stopping - and then started dancing out of excitement in the parking lot, unaware of the CCTV cameras outside.

"So I just hired this young girl and this was her response," Dakara Spence from Atlanta wrote on Instagram.
"When I saw this video, I started crying. It's cute," Philicity Reeken mentioned.
