This three-year-old's Target-themed birthday party has Barney jealous
When you love something as much as this young girl loves Target, it's only fair to celebrate it on your birthday as well.
When three-year-old Charlie first told her mom Emily Kern that she wanted a Target-themed birthday party, she couldn't believe it.
Emily told Mashable that when Charlie first saw the complete party set-up, she was overjoyed: "She flipped! She yelled 'Yay Target! It’s my Target!'"

Emily went all out for her little girl's party, modelling everything from the invitations to the cakes to the goodie bags after elements of the popular wholesaler.
