Cozmo the robot not only recognizes your face, but he can also learn to be your best friend. According to Mirror, Cozmo understands "who you are, and what role you play in his world."

"Driven by the version of bringing a character to life in the real world, we've worked incredibly hard to combine robotics, AI and computer vision technologies into a consumer robot. Our realisation of that vision is Cozmo, a real-life robot like you've only seen in movies, with a one-of-a-kind personality that evolves the more you hang out," Anki, the maker of the robot, said.
