Rozanne's peppermint crisp tart

The sweet treats don't stop rolling in! Check out this favourite from Rozanne Mckenzie! It's sure to win just about anyone over!

My favourite holiday recipe is homemade peppermint crisp tart on Christmas Day. Give it a try - I hope this brings you all the smiles required to brighten up the festive season!
Ingredients:
Mariah Carey's Fantasy single
1 pack of tennis biscuits
1 can of Caramel Treat
2 tubs of cream
1 slab of Peppermint Crisp chocolate

Method:
Turn up this jam:
Crush tennis biscuits an place at bottom of dish. Make sure bottom of dish is covered completely.
Place caramel in mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
In separate mixing bowl, whip cream until it forms peaks. Make sure not to over-whip.
Add whipped cream and most of the Peppermint Crisp to the caramel and combine.
Spread a generous amount of the mixture over the tennis biscuits and spread evenly.
Add another layer of tennis biscuits and then more of the mixture until the dish is full.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate over the top and place in the fridge to set.
I normally want to eat the whole thing immediately, but an hour or two in the fridge will make it perfect!
