Lions Hug Kevin Richardson (Video)

Kevin Richardson is not just a man passionate about wildlife - he is a South African animal behaviourist who has been dubbed the "Lion Whisperer." For those who are unaware of just how in touch he is with wildlife, prepare to be left gobsmacked by his unique ability to interact with the king of the jungle.

Lions would attack any normal man, but Kevin Richardson has raised Meg and Amy since they were cute cubs. They both rush to greet him and give him a hug, knocking him over with their huge weight, sometimes it seems Meg and Amy still think they are little cubs!

Kevin captures the majority of his footage on GoPro cameras, allowing the viewer to get as close as possible to the lions.

By doing this, Kevin hopes to give people an insight into the lives of these beautiful creatures and to let them see just what they can do to help. You can nearly touch them.
