Turns out the NSPCA is responsible for dog fighting advert
Updated | By Kriya Gangiah
Social media users went into a frenzy following an alleged advertisement for a dog fighting ring.
Social media lit up on Monday after a photo of a billboard advertising a pit bull fight went viral, but in an interesting turn of events it was not what we expected.
The website specified on the billboard Cajunrules.co.za has now been activated and the The National Council of SPCAs (NSPCA) has taken responsibility for the advertisement.
The campaign held by the NSPCA was created to raise awareness on the horrible truth about dog fighting in Joburg.
The banner on the website reads: “Just because the dogfights aren’t advertised, doesn’t mean they don’t happen. They take place all the time every month, every weekend, every day, everywhere.
