South African born Elon Musk launches rocket successfully

The rocket, called the
Falcon Heavy, built by SpaceX arched into space on Tuesday.

The world got to witness this truly historic moment.
It however carried precious cargo: A red Tesla sports car, owned by Musk.

On the dashboard of the car are the words, “Don’t Panic,” a reference to "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy."
One would think this video is photoshopped but it certainly is not!

Watch how SpaceX launch the Falcon Heavy rocket into space.
In the live video a spacesuit-wearing mannequin is "driving" the sports car.
It is the first time a rocket this powerful has been sent into space by a private company rather than a government space agency according to the NY Times.
