Easy protein-packed breakfast muffins

Not sure how to get that healthy breakfast on the go? These little guys are so delicious and so easy to make - you're going to absolutely love them!

Egg + Full Fat Greek Yoghurt + Feta Cheese + Your Favorite Bits = Amazingness!

1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin pan.
2. In frying pan, sauté your favourite bits until cooked and slightly browned. We love using onion, bacon and zucchini! Mmmmm...
3. Make sure you have the same egg to yoghurt ratio - ie. 4 eggs to 1 cup yoghurt. Wisk eggs on high speed.
4. Blend in yoghurt.
5. Fill bottom of muffin pan about 2cm with your sautéed bits and feta pouring egg mixture over this until muffin pan is nearly full.
6. Place in oven and cook for 15 mins or until golden brown.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
Best served hot straight out the oven but can even be refrigerated for up to two days for a quick breakfast on the run!
