Man's best friend became deer's best friend.

A video taken by Mark Freeley has won the hearts of many.
The video shows Mark's golden retriever, Storm, swimming towards a baby deer and grabbing it by the neck, before pulling it towards the safety of the shore.
What a hero!
The incident took place in Long Island, New York.
Freeley told CBS New York that he waited with the baby deer at the beach for rescuers to arrive, but the deer ran back into the water, making the second rescue attempt more challenging as it was deeper in the water.
According to reports, the rescuers managed to save the deer and it is currently at a local animal shelter, recovering from ticks and an eye injury.
