In true 'Mbaks' form, our Minister congratulated the biggest winner of the SA Sports Awards, sprinter Wayne Van Niekerk saying: "This is not Lotto nhe! Where you go to some machine and then you wait for luck! You work hard for it! All our children must follow real people, not plastic, not fake!"
