The bearded man's way of getting sleep during a flight
Updated | By Jacaranda FM/Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
This makes you want to grow a beard. If it works during a flight, it might work in other settings as well.

Beards are all the rage, and while it might not be the easiest to grow or maintain for some men, it is certainly multi-functional.
It comes easier for some than for others, even with all the expensive beard care products. Here's a man who looks like he doesn't have a problem in the beard-growing department.
The Bearded Gilad is a DJ and often posts content showing how he navigates through life with a long, larger-than-life beard. He has posted content that shows how he eats soup with a beard, how he braais with a beard and most interestingly, how he sleeps on a plane with a beard.

If the number of views and likes (909,000) on his video is anything to go by, we can say that people either found this entertaining (like us) or helpful (getting sleep during a flight is not as easy as it might seem).
Watch the video below on Instagram to see his uninterrupted sleep method.
He got a confused reaction from the flight attendant, who paused as if she would ask him something.
Life with a beard might add to your street cred, but it also has its pros and cons. For instance, while this video shows the fun side of having a beard, another one of his videos made us realise that eating with a beard might count as a con.
