Being a dog parent is one of the most rewarding experiences. There's a special way dogs communicate that can leave you both amazed and completely content.

Pet parents have a special way of communicating with their dogs, and this relationship always requires you to be present.

The love and loyalty we get from our pets is like no other, and if you're a pet owner, you get it.

Earlier this year, Jacaranda shared an interesting article on how couples can learn better communication from dogs.

If you're finding it difficult to have open conversations in your relationship, paying attention to how dogs communicate can offer valuable lessons.

Dog behaviourist Cesar Millan highlighted how dogs always know what they want and aren’t shy about showing it – something couples could definitely take note of.

We didn’t have to search long to find a perfect example of this. A video shared on social media shows a wife asking her husband what he wants for dinner while they’re sitting in bed.

The husband, absorbed in his laptop, either doesn’t hear her or ignores her. Their dog, sitting next to him, hears her voice and does the most unexpected thing when he doesn’t respond.

The lesson here? When someone isn’t paying attention, sometimes you need to grab their focus to get your message across.
