Getting up for work and school becomes more challenging during winter months.

Ask the kids who returned to school today how that fared out...

We came across a video posted by Superspar Outeniqua in George that got us chuckling in the spirit of celebrating our hearty approach to all challenges.

The store's social media team creates engaging, fun, upbeat content that helps drive traffic to its store.

The latest video shows a staff member sitting in front of his desktop computer. The man is busy gesturing with his hands like someone would when trying to warm up their palms.

That's when we see the fun in it. He acts like he is in front of a real fireplace while playing a video of a crackling wood on his computer.

It got us thinking about mindset and how, while feeling cold isn't something we can always control, we can control our minds.

Experiencing the cold in your mind might help your body respond to it better.

How has winter been going for you?
