This man balancing on his fingers makes the impossible look effortless.

Our health often gets put on the back burner as we navigate our daily responsibilities.
A video that made us double-take shows an athlete doing one of the most unimaginable things: balancing on two screws with just his fingers.
While we are not saying that everyone needs to aim for this core strength and body control, we are shedding light on the fact that your mind has everything to do with how you take care of your body.
The screws are fitted onto a small wooden bench, and the man carefully places both of his middle fingers onto each screw to find balance. Then, he perches his body upward into a fantastic balancing act. The man who posted the video called it "pure strength and focus".
We guess he doesn't suffer from carpal tunnel then...
