WATCH: Horrific moment spinning car hits innocent passerby
A pedestrian minding his own business was hit by a spinning car.
A video was posted on the Intelligence Bureau Facebook page showing an horrific incident where a passerby was hit by a spinning car.
As the video starts, the white golf takes off and makes a sharp turn before hitting the passerby and throwing him into the air. As if that's not enough, the driver continues to spin the car and the person making the video continues to shoot as if nothing happened, all while the pedestrian lies motionless on the ground.

It's not clear where the incident took place yet or the condition of the pedestrian.
