Definitely the most underrated job in the world...

A nutritionist shares one of the biggest insights into motherhood.
One that is traditionally overlooked and equated with being an 'easy' job.
He shares that being a mother, particularly a stay-at-home mother, is the most stressful job in the world.
Home Executives or Housewives have a negative connotation attached. With people making leaps of judgement saying that these mothers have an easy job.
But being home with the kids is anything but easy. And it takes large amounts of patience and strength.
Rubio Fuerte spoke about the role of being a stay-at-home mother and it really blew us away.
"Being a mother is one of the most stressful jobs in the world. Yet, the mainstream reputation is that staying at home with a baby or toddler is a prolonged holiday compared to "regular" genuine stressful jobs. That couldn't be further from the truth as the nature and evidence of stressful activities underlines the stress on young mothers. Nevertheless, mothers are high performers and should be valued like it." (Instagram)
