This father left his wife flabbergasted as he commanded their baby to sleep in seconds...

Parents who bring home their newborns know they can say goodbye to their days of uninterrupted sleep. The baby's needs come first, and it's all good because it is what you sign up for as a parent.

However, working as a team is imperative, and it is humbling to see how parents of this generation can support one another when caring for a newborn or infant. This is not to say it's impossible to do it alone; many single parents are winning, but it helps to have support.

African parents, the Phoenixs, living in England have a strong social media following and often post content about themselves and their kids. They have a newborn and recently shocked the internet with a funny and miraculous video.

The father holds their baby on his chest in the video, which has over 257,000 likes. The baby is fussy and moaning, so the dad naturally brings his A-game and does the most magical thing.

He snaps his fingers and tells the baby to be quiet. Of course, it seems like some sorcery, and we are not sure how he did it or if it was sheer luck (we're leaning more toward this theory).

Like most people who watched the video, the mom was as shocked and in awe. If he truly has a gift, we will call him a baby whisperer or a commander.

One person wrote, "Ahhh! Honestly, at this point, I don’t know what to say anymore. All I can say is that Dada planted a good seed."

"She's a paid actor! I saw one eye open to check if we are still watching."

"We are bringing all our babies to you Tee! Drop the pin! We are coming!"

"Baby is an excellent actor already, how much did daddy pay for this epic performance?"
