I loved making this one! This takes 25 minutes to prepare so you can make it during the week!

My fresh herb for the week is thyme, because nobody has “Time” to be in the kitchen forever.
Method:
I can steam anything. Name it, and I steam it. Add sweet potatoes, broccoli, and your rice in a steamer in separate compartments.

When done steaming, add goats cheese and pepper. Keep a pack of frozen meat-free sausages in the freezer. Make them in a pan, or pop them in the oven and... let’s eat!
