Even meerkats enjoy a cozy warm up session by the heater
The winter cold even has our pets yearning for some heater action.
If your pets could talk, would they tell you not to hog the heater?
We think so. Winter in Gauteng always seems to aim to outdo itself from previous years. While that might have something to do with global warming, it also means that we are left with having to find ways to keep our kids and pets warm during the icy temperatures.
A video of a meerkat trying to get warm by holding onto the handle of a fan heater indicates that even wild animals are feeling the harsh temperatures.
In the video, we see a meerkat standing close to the heater. A man, who we assume is the meerkat's owner, speaks lovingly to the Timone lookalike and feels sorry for the animal yearning for warmth.
