Family's fun solution to crowded elevators

Moral of the video: don't take life so seriously...

There are certain things that online shopping trumps, including the ease of not pushing around a trolley full of shopping.
But for most people, that's not always an option. While online shopping is a fast-growing industry, many people prefer to do their shopping traditionally, by visiting a physucail store.
What's worse than carting around a heavy trolley with sometimes wonky wheels is navigating the mall when the elevators are crowded or, worse, not operational.

The woman who posted the video, Busiswe, shared it in jest, but many TikTok users were confused about why they didn't just use the elevator.
Busiswe shared how her son and sister carried their trolley up the staircase because they were not keen on waiting for the elevator. She also shared that they only have one working elevator at the Hazyview Mall in Mpumalanga.

Many fellow shoppers were not surprised by their antics, as they understood what having one operational elevator meant.
